1. Who we are and what this policy covers
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on RaseBox, operated by PYRENEI LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under number HE 462117. Our registered office is Vrysoudion, 132, PRESIDENTIAL VILLAS, HOUSE 1, Paralimni, 5295, Famagusta, Cyprus.
It covers information stored on or read from your device. Our Privacy Policy explains the associated processing of personal data, the purposes and legal grounds for that processing, recipients, retention and your rights. Merely visiting the website or accepting our Terms of Service is not consent to optional cookies.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small values that a website asks your browser to store and send with later requests. First-party cookies are associated with our website; third-party cookies are associated with an external service. A cookie may contain an identifier rather than your name, but it can still relate to you.
We also use local storage, which normally stays on your device until removed, and session storage, which is limited to a browser tab. These stores are not sent automatically with every request, although a feature may read them when needed. Browser restoration settings can preserve a session after you close a window.
3. Sign-in, security and language cookies
The following first-party cookies support sign-in, account protection and your selected language. They are set according to the actions you take; not every visitor receives every cookie. On HTTPS, authentication cookie names can begin with __Secure-. Security cookies are used for the relevant sign-in or verification flow.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| better-auth.session_token | Keeps your authenticated session linked to your account. | Up to 30 days; renewed during use. Signing out ends the session. |
| better-auth.dont_remember | Remembers that the current sign-in should not persist. | Browser session. |
| better-auth.state | Validates an external sign-in or account-linking request and protects its return to RaseBox. | Up to 5 minutes. |
| better-auth.two_factor | Maintains a pending two-factor sign-in challenge. | Up to 10 minutes. |
| better-auth.two_factor_management | Authorises a recently verified two-factor management step. | Up to 5 minutes. |
| better-auth.trust_device | Remembers a device when you select the trusted-device option. | Up to 30 days; may renew when used. |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Remembers your selected language. | Browser session. |
4. Preferences and transaction recovery
Browser storage retains feature settings and helps recover operations you have requested after a connection interruption. Account-specific records keep different users’ pending operations separate. Local preferences have no automatic expiry in the website; you can remove them through your browser. An affiliate claim reference prevents duplicate claims and is not an advertising attribution cookie.
On a shared device, sign out and clear site data when you finish. Before removing a pending transaction record, check your transaction or delivery history, or contact support, to avoid submitting an operation again while its status is uncertain.
| Storage name and type | Purpose and information | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| rb_volume · local storage | Your selected sound volume. | Until changed or browser site data is cleared. |
| rb_spinMode · local storage | Your selected box-opening animation mode. | Until changed or browser site data is cleared. |
| rasebox-chat-room / rasebox-chat-collapsed · local storage | The selected community chat room and whether the chat is collapsed. | Until changed or browser site data is cleared. |
| rasebox-chat-client-id · local storage | A random community-chat client identifier, including for guest connections. | Until browser site data is cleared. |
| rb:affiliate-claim:<account> · session storage | A reference for a pending commission claim; this is not an advertising attribution cookie. | Until resolved or the tab session ends. |
| rasebox:pending-tip:v1:<account> · session storage | The recipient, amount and reference for a pending tip. | Until resolved or the tab session ends. |
| rasebox:pending-crypto-withdrawal:<account> · session storage | Details and a reference for a pending withdrawal, where the feature is available. | Until resolved or the tab session ends. |
| rasebox:pending-item-withdrawal:<account> · session storage | The selected item, recipient/address details and reference for a delivery request awaiting confirmation. | Until resolved or the tab session ends. |
5. Support and external services
LiveAgent provides our customer-support widget. It can load when you sign in, before you open a conversation. Its cookies can maintain the support session, recognise a returning visitor and restore an ongoing chat. RaseBox disables the widget’s page-visit tracking. Closing the chat window does not necessarily remove its cookies.
The widget may use LaSID, LaRunningChat_*, LaUserDetails and LaReset for a browser session; LaVisitorNew for one day; and LaVisitorId_* for a duration controlled by the support configuration. LiveAgent documents a default of 30 days for the latter, but this is a provider default, not a verified expiry for every RaseBox session. Your browser shows the expiry actually applied.
If you choose an external sign-in, identity check, address search or payment method, the relevant provider may use its own cookies or equivalent security technologies on its service. These can include Google, Discord, Twitch, Kick, Veriff and the payment provider shown to you. Consult the notice displayed by that service; the first-party durations above do not determine its storage periods.
6. Optional technologies and your choices
RaseBox does not currently integrate advertising pixels or third-party audience analytics into these pages. Essential storage is used for communications, security and services you request. Storage for purposes beyond what is strictly necessary requires your prior consent where applicable law requires it; describing a technology here does not make it exempt from consent.
If optional analytics, advertising or other consent-based technologies are introduced, their purposes and providers must be explained before activation, with a choice to accept or reject them and an equally accessible way to withdraw consent. This policy does not grant consent on your behalf.
You can inspect, block or delete cookies and stored site data through your browser’s privacy settings, including settings for third-party cookies. To remove local or session storage, use the option to clear site data, not only browsing history. Settings apply separately to each browser and device. Blocking sign-in or transaction storage may prevent those functions from working; deleting local data does not erase your account or server-side transaction records.
7. Updates and contact
We will update this policy when the technologies, purposes or relevant requirements change and identify the revision date above. Any new processing that requires consent must follow the applicable consent process.
For questions about browser storage or your privacy choices, use Contact Us on RaseBox or write to PYRENEI LTD at the registered office in section 1. You can also exercise the rights described in our Privacy Policy, including making a complaint to a data protection authority.
