RaseBox is an entertainment platform where you can open mystery boxes, join box battles and use Upgrade to try to obtain a chosen item. Outcomes involve chance, and the value you receive can be lower than the amount you spend. Eligible physical items can be requested for home delivery. RaseBox is operated by PYRENEI LTD; you can find the company details and service rules in the Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18, meet any higher minimum age applicable where you are located and use the service only where the relevant activity is permitted. Register with accurate information, use your own account and payment methods, and follow the Terms of Service. Being able to access the website does not mean that every feature is available in your country.
Use Register to create an account with your email address, username and password, or choose an available Google or Discord sign-in option. For a password account, use the password-recovery option on the login screen if you forget your password. If you registered through Google or Discord, sign in with that provider and use its recovery process if necessary. Connecting Twitch or Kick to your profile does not turn them into sign-in methods.
Use a unique password and enable two-factor authentication in your profile settings. Follow the authenticator setup, confirm the code and store your recovery codes somewhere safe. A recovery code can help you sign in if you lose access to your authenticator. Never share your password, authenticator codes or recovery codes with anyone, including in a support conversation.
Choose a box and review its price, contents and the probability shown for each item. Confirming a paid opening deducts the box price from your balance and selects an item according to those probabilities. The item is added to your inventory once the opening is finalized. Its value may be lower or higher than the price of the box; previous results do not guarantee a particular item on the next opening.
Open History in your profile and expand the game details. Once the game is complete, you can inspect its recorded Provably fair data and run the available verification calculations in your browser. The Provably fair page explains the system for boxes, battles and upgrades. Verification checks that the recorded result matches its inputs and rules; it does not guarantee a winning outcome or recovery of what you spent.
Create or join a battle with a selection of boxes and play individually or in teams. Review the entry cost, rounds, game mode and additional options before joining. The selected mode determines how the results are scored and the prize is shared. Your final battle payout is credited to your RaseBox balance; the items displayed during the rounds are used to calculate the result and are not individually added to your inventory.
Normal rewards the highest total value, while Crazy rewards the lowest. Terminal uses the highest value in the last round, and Degen the lowest in that round. Group shares the prize equally. Jackpot uses a weighted draw in which higher totals have a greater chance; Crazy Jackpot gives lower totals greater weight. In team battles, the relevant values are combined for each team. Always check the selected mode before paying to join.
Loan Mode reduces the entry amount you pay and scales down your winnings by the same proportion. It does not create a cash loan that you must repay later. Safe Mode redistributes part of the winners’ payout to losing participants. Neither option guarantees that you will recover the entry cost. Check the percentages and options shown for the particular battle before joining.
Choose items from your inventory, an amount of balance or a combination of both, then select your target. Review the contribution and the success probability shown before confirming. A real attempt consumes the selected contribution whether you win or lose. If you win, the target is added to your inventory; if you lose, you do not receive it and the contribution is not returned. Increasing your contribution does not make success certain.
No. Test spin on a box and Demo in Upgrade let you try a simulation without spending real account balance or receiving inventory items. A simulated result does not determine the result of a later paid attempt. Check which mode is selected before confirming an action, especially when switching from a demonstration to a real opening or upgrade.
Turbo and Superturbo change the speed of the box animation while keeping the same item probabilities. Auto spin starts consecutive paid openings, and each opening has its own cost. Stopping Auto spin prevents subsequent openings; an opening that has already started still completes. Review your balance and intended spending before enabling automatic openings.
You can keep your items, sell them for the indicated account balance or use them as a contribution in Upgrade. Eligible physical items can also be requested for home delivery. To sell, select the items, review the total and hold the sell button to confirm. An item that is sold, used in a real upgrade or submitted for delivery is removed from the available inventory. Vouchers are not eligible for physical delivery.
Each copy keeps the value recorded when you obtained it. That value is used when selling the copy or contributing it to Upgrade, even if the catalogue price later changes. Two copies acquired at different times can therefore have different values. Review the amount shown for the particular copy you select, rather than assuming that today’s catalogue price applies to every item you own.
Open Deposit, choose an enabled payment method such as card or Bizum and enter the amount you want credited. Your account balance is in euros. Card and Bizum deposits currently add a 3% processing fee: adding €100 of balance results in a €103 payment. Review the final total at the payment gateway before authorizing it. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or charges. Balance is credited after payment confirmation.
A payment can remain pending until the payment provider confirms it; supported crypto test transactions also depend on network confirmations. Check Transactions in your profile for the status, amount and reference. Closing the payment page or receiving a bank notification does not by itself confirm that your RaseBox balance has been credited. If the status remains unresolved, contact support with the reference instead of making the same payment again.
Selling an item adds its indicated value to your RaseBox balance. It does not automatically send money to a bank account, card or Bizum account. The current withdrawal interface offers eligible physical-item delivery and crypto test options; it does not offer bank, card or Bizum cash withdrawals. Review the available withdrawal options and their conditions before depositing or taking part.
The crypto options currently implemented in RaseBox use test networks. Use only compatible test coins and never send real cryptocurrency to those addresses. Check the asset, network and destination every time. For test deposits, the euro estimate can change before confirmation; for test withdrawals, the network fee is deducted from the requested amount. An accepted request can still be processing, and its status appears in Transactions.
Open Withdraw, choose Delivery at home and select one eligible inventory item. Review the recipient and your saved address, or prepare a new address, before confirming. The selected copy is removed from your inventory when the request is registered. Vouchers cannot be shipped. Availability and delivery arrangements depend on the item and destination; contact support to confirm any conditions that are unclear before submitting the request.
Open Deliveries in your profile to see your requests and any available tracking link. Processing means the request is being handled; Processed means fulfillment has been recorded, not that the carrier has already delivered the package. Changing the address in your profile does not update an existing request. If an address is wrong, tracking is unclear or an item arrives damaged, contact support promptly with the delivery reference.
Open the identity-verification section in your profile and follow the secure Veriff process. Use your own valid original document and allow camera access; the process explains which documents are accepted and whether a selfie is needed. You can check the status there and continue or retry when the option is offered. A pending review is not an approval. Submit identity documents through the verification flow, not through chat or public messages.
Your profile separates game History, Transactions and Deliveries. History contains box openings, free boxes, battles and upgrades, with expandable game details and completed-result verification. Transactions shows recorded deposits, crypto test withdrawals and sent or received tips. Deliveries contains physical-item requests. Use the filters and page controls, and keep the relevant reference when asking support about a particular operation.
Eligible paid activity earns progress toward your account level. Rakeback is a reward calculated from eligible activity and the rate associated with your level; it is not a refund of every amount spent or lost. Check your current progress, available rakeback and active claim options in your profile and Rewards. Claiming available rakeback moves it into your RaseBox balance. Deposits and tips alone do not generate game progress.
Daily free cases depend on qualifying activity during the previous 30 days, which can differ from your lifetime account level. Each case also has its own 24-hour cooldown after you open it. Check the requirement and countdown shown for that case. Reaching a level does not remove the cooldown, and a new calendar day does not necessarily make a case available again. Opening an available free case does not charge an entry price.
Your Referral code is your own code to share; an Affiliate code in Settings assigns another creator’s code to your account. Your own code cannot currently be changed from Settings, and you cannot refer yourself. Affiliate earnings come from eligible referred game activity, not simply from a deposit or tip. The Affiliates area in your profile shows your figures and available earnings; claiming them transfers that amount to your RaseBox balance.
Use Tip user in the account menu when the feature is available. Both you and the recipient need approved identity verification and an eligible account. Search for the recipient’s username, enter the amount and carefully check the final confirmation. A completed tip transfers account balance to that user and does not generate XP, rakeback or affiliate commission. It is not a protected purchase from another user; do not send it on the assumption that it can automatically be reversed.
Check your game History, balance and inventory first. An interrupted animation or connection does not necessarily mean the operation failed; a recorded result may still be finalizing. Avoid starting another paid operation to try to recover the first one. If the issue persists, contact support with the game reference, approximate time and a description or screenshot of the error. Never include passwords or authentication codes.
Contact support with the transaction reference, date and reason for your request. A disappointing random result alone does not mean the service was faulty, but payment errors, duplicate charges, missing services and problems with delivered goods can require investigation and an appropriate remedy. The Terms of Service explain cancellations and refunds and preserve applicable consumer rights. Do not assume that a game, delivery request or transfer can be cancelled automatically after confirmation.
While signed in, open the support widget or select Contact Us in the footer. The support service offers chat or an offline contact form according to availability. Include your username, the relevant game or transaction reference and a clear description of the issue. If you cannot sign in, use the account-recovery options; the Terms of Service also provide the operator’s registered contact address. No fixed response time is guaranteed.
Set a personal spending limit, take breaks and never spend money needed for essential expenses or try to recover losses by spending more. If participation is affecting your wellbeing, stop and contact support to request account closure, explaining that the request concerns responsible use. Outstanding balance, items and transactions are handled under the Terms of Service. The Responsible Gaming link opens Gambling Therapy for independent support; that service does not manage or close your RaseBox account.
