1. Who we are and what these terms cover
RaseBox is operated by PYRENEI LTD, a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus on 28 June 2024, registration number HE 462117. Its registered office is Vrysoudion, 132, PRESIDENTIAL VILLAS, HOUSE 1, Paralimni, 5295, Famagusta, Cyprus. Its tax identification number is 60084600O.
These terms govern the relationship between PYRENEI LTD (“RaseBox”, “we”, “us”) and the person using the website (“you”). They cover accounts, paid and promotional activities, the inventory, account balances and the fulfilment options offered through the service. Read them before registering or authorising a transaction and retain a copy for your records.
2. Your agreement and transaction information
Registering requires acceptance of these terms. Each transaction also follows the price, probabilities, rules, eligibility conditions and other information presented before you confirm it. Specific promotional conditions apply only to the promotion concerned and must be made available before participation. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over any conflicting provision.
Check the selected activity, amount, items and destination before confirming. A payment authorisation or pending request is not, by itself, confirmation of a completed payment, reward or dispatch. Consult the transaction record and contact support if the outcome is uncertain. Do not submit a new transaction simply because an animation, page or connection has stopped responding.
3. Age, location and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and meet any higher minimum age applicable to the activity where you are located. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement, act for yourself and use the service only where the relevant activity is permitted. Access to the website does not establish that every feature is available or lawful in your jurisdiction.
Do not provide a false location, use another person’s identity or circumvent restrictions through a VPN, proxy or other means. We may restrict features or transactions where required by law or supported by a legitimate compliance or security concern. Registration or identity verification does not override territorial restrictions. Do not participate if you cannot lawfully do so.
4. Your account and security
Maintain one personal account and provide accurate, current information. Accounts may not be sold, shared or operated for another person. Keep your login credentials and recovery codes confidential, use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication where available. You remain responsible for actions you authorise, subject to applicable protections for unauthorised transactions.
Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or an incorrect transaction. Never give passwords, recovery codes, complete payment credentials or cryptocurrency private keys to someone claiming to be support. We may request proportionate evidence of account ownership before making sensitive changes. Changes to a connected social account do not transfer ownership of your RaseBox account.
5. Identity and transaction checks
We may require identity verification, confirmation of payment ownership or other relevant information to determine eligibility, protect accounts, prevent fraud or comply with an applicable legal duty. Where verification is requested, provide genuine documents and follow the instructions in the secure verification flow. Veriff provides the identity verification service used by RaseBox.
A request can remain pending while necessary checks are completed. An inconclusive or duplicate-identity result may require review; it is not automatically a finding of wrongdoing. You can contact support to query a restriction or provide relevant corrections. Checks must remain proportionate to their purpose. The Privacy Policy explains the handling of verification data.
6. Random outcomes and financial risk
Box openings, battles and upgrades involve random outcomes. An item or payout may be worth less than the amount committed; some activities can result in loss of the entire contribution. A previous result, an advertised valuable item or another user’s success does not predict your outcome. No profit, recovery of spending or particular reward is promised.
Use only an entertainment budget you can afford to lose. Do not borrow to participate, use money needed for essential expenses or increase spending to recover losses. Probabilities and any stated theoretical return describe the configured activity over many outcomes, not a return guaranteed to an individual. Animation speed and visual effects do not improve your chances.
7. Boxes, battles and upgrades
- Boxes: the displayed price buys an opening according to the applicable item selection and probabilities. The awarded item is recorded in your inventory. You do not choose the result by stopping, replaying or closing the animation.
- Battles: participants contribute the displayed entry amount. The selected mode, team arrangement and round results determine the distribution. Payouts are credited as account balance; the products shown during battle rounds do not automatically become individually deliverable inventory items.
- Modes: Normal rewards the highest total, Crazy the lowest total, Terminal the highest final-round score and Degen the lowest final-round score. Group shares the pool; Jackpot modes use a further random selection with the probabilities applicable to that mode. Tied winning units share the distributable pool.
- Loan Mode reduces the contribution and the relevant reward values by the displayed proportion; it does not create a separate cash loan. Safe Mode redistributes the specified part of winning payouts to losing participants; it does not guarantee recovery of the entry amount. Clearly identified automated participants may occupy battle slots.
- Upgrades: you commit selected inventory items, balance, or both for the displayed chance of obtaining a target item or voucher. The contribution is consumed on acceptance. If the attempt loses, the committed items and balance are not returned merely because the target was not won.
8. Results, fairness records and technical errors
The server records accepted activities and their results. Available fairness information lets you inspect the calculation associated with a recorded result. This verification does not eliminate chance, certify a profit or replace the activity’s published rules. Keep the relevant transaction or opening reference when asking us to investigate.
If a display, calculation or processing error occurs, we will investigate the affected records and explain any correction. A correction must reflect the transaction actually authorised and cannot be used to change a valid result simply because it favours you. Where a service was not supplied or a debit was duplicated, the appropriate correction or refund remains subject to your legal rights.
9. Account balance and payments
The account balance records amounts available for eligible activities in EUR. It is not an interest-bearing savings product or a promise of investment returns. Only payment methods expressly enabled for your account may be used. You must own or be authorised to use the funding method and must not use the service to disguise the origin or destination of funds.
Before paying, review the amount credited, total charged, currency and any applicable fee. Additional charges must be disclosed and permitted by law. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or charges under your agreement with it. Crediting depends on confirmation of the payment. Promotional or demonstration values have only the uses expressly stated for them.
10. Cryptocurrency options, where enabled
Where cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals are enabled, use only the asset, network and address shown for the transaction. Check any required destination details before confirming. Sending an unsupported asset or using the wrong network or address can result in loss and recovery may be impossible. Never send real assets to a test or demonstration destination.
The applicable conversion, amount, network fee and estimated net receipt are shown for review. Indicative rates can change before a request is accepted. Blockchain confirmations, provider checks and network conditions can delay processing. An accepted withdrawal request is not confirmation of an on-chain transfer. Once broadcast, transfers generally cannot be reversed; this does not remove responsibility for errors attributable to RaseBox.
11. Inventory, valuation and redemption
Each inventory copy has the account value recorded when you acquired it. Later catalogue price changes do not revalue that copy. The recorded value is used for an eligible sale back to balance or as an upgrade contribution. It does not promise a third-party resale price, and catalogue prices for new awards may differ.
Selling an item credits the indicated account balance and consumes that inventory copy. Using it in an upgrade or requesting eligible delivery also removes that copy from the available inventory. The same copy cannot be used twice. Vouchers are subject to their displayed redemption conditions and are not physical products available for home delivery. Keep records of the option you select.
12. Physical delivery and product rights
Where home delivery is available, select an eligible physical item and provide the correct recipient and address. Review any delivery restrictions, shipping charges, customs information and timing supplied before confirmation. A pending delivery request means the request has been received; it does not mean the parcel has been dispatched. Contact support promptly to correct an address or ask about an unresolved delivery.
Delivery follows the agreed arrangements and applicable statutory deadlines. We will contact you if an item cannot be supplied as agreed; a materially different substitution requires your agreement. Loss, damage, non-delivery and lack of conformity remain subject to applicable consumer remedies. A manufacturer’s warranty is additional to, and does not replace, rights you have against the responsible seller.
13. Cancellations, refunds and consumer rights
These terms do not make every payment non-refundable. Statutory cancellation, refund and conformity rights apply wherever the relevant transaction falls within their scope. An unsuccessful random outcome alone does not establish a defect. Applicable EU distance-contract rules generally provide a 14-day withdrawal period; the starting point and exceptions depend on the goods or service concerned.
For immediately supplied digital content, loss of a statutory withdrawal right requires the separate express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation required by law. Acceptance of these terms alone does not provide them. To exercise a right, send a clear statement through support or to our registered office identifying yourself, the transaction, date and requested remedy. We will provide applicable return instructions; lawful refunds follow the required deadlines and payment method.
14. Promotions, loyalty and affiliates
Free boxes, loyalty rewards, rakeback, leaderboards and referral offers follow the eligibility rules and conditions shown for the relevant feature. Availability can depend on activity, level, claim timing or a stated promotion period. A promotional label does not remove the risk of any paid activity used to qualify. Future changes will not retrospectively remove validly earned entitlements.
Affiliate commissions relate to eligible referred activity under the programme’s displayed calculation and attribution rules. Deposits or transfers alone do not create a commission. Do not self-refer, create duplicate accounts, spam, misrepresent expected earnings or target minors. Commercial promotional relationships must be disclosed where required. A review of suspected abuse must be evidence-based and limited to the affected activity.
15. Transfers between users
Where tips are enabled, both participants must meet the feature’s eligibility requirements, including approved identity verification. Check the recipient’s username and amount on the confirmation screen. A completed tip transfers balance to that user and does not itself earn wagering progress, loyalty points or affiliate commission.
Tips are not a payment protection or escrow service. Do not use them to purchase accounts, participate in prohibited arrangements or move funds for others. A transfer authorised to the wrong recipient may be difficult to recover. Contact support promptly if a transfer is disputed or unauthorised; any investigation will respect the rights of both participants and applicable law.
16. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not exploit software defects, manipulate requests or outcomes, collude to defraud other participants, bypass account or payment restrictions, or use unauthorised automation to gain an unfair advantage. Do not harass people, publish unlawful content, infringe others’ rights or interfere with the service. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through support without accessing or disclosing other users’ information.
RaseBox and its licensors retain their rights in the software, branding and original content. You may use the website for its intended personal purposes and retain your transaction records. These terms do not restrict rights provided by law, including permitted quotation or interoperability. You retain rights in your own contributions while allowing their use as necessary to provide and moderate the service.
17. Restrictions, account closure and responsible use
You may request account closure through support. If participation is affecting your wellbeing, stop using the service and tell support that the request relates to responsible use. Gambling Therapy provides independent multilingual support. The external service does not administer your RaseBox account; contacting it is separate from requesting closure here.
We may temporarily restrict an account or transaction for a substantiated security, fraud, eligibility or legal reason. We will explain the reason and how to request review unless disclosure is lawfully restricted. Restrictions must be proportionate. Closure does not automatically forfeit legitimate balance or earned items: outstanding transactions and entitlements must be resolved under these terms and applicable law. Necessary records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
18. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, faults or circumstances outside our reasonable control. A connection failure does not automatically cancel an already accepted activity. We will take reasonable steps to restore access and resolve affected transactions.
Responsibility for loss is determined by applicable law, including causation and foreseeability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory rights concerning payments, digital services or goods. You are not required to indemnify us for our own wrongdoing. Third-party services remain governed by their relevant terms without releasing RaseBox from its own obligations.
19. Complaints and governing law
Send complaints through the website’s Contact Us support option or by post to PYRENEI LTD at the registered address above. Include your username, relevant references, a description and the remedy you seek; do not include secret credentials. We will investigate and provide a reasoned response. You may ask for further review if you believe relevant information was overlooked.
Cypriot law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections of the law of your habitual residence that apply to you as a consumer. Nothing requires you to waive access to competent courts, consumer authorities or available dispute-resolution procedures, including proceedings in your home jurisdiction where the law permits. Contacting support does not waive those rights.
20. Changes and related policies
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, security requirements or law. Material changes will be communicated in advance, with their effective date, except where an urgent legal or security reason requires earlier action. Changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite completed transactions or remove accrued rights. Where fresh acceptance is required, we will request it.
If you do not accept a future change, you may stop using the affected service and request closure, with outstanding entitlements resolved under the applicable terms. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the rest. The Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy explain personal-data processing and device storage; accepting these terms is not consent to optional tracking.
